For the month of July 2016 VAE's Main Gallery sported artist's depictions of their daily commute! The Exchange Gallery became an interactive space that allowed public involvement, shaping an open and creative conversation about infrastructure and art.

525,600 MINS was a colloboration with Waterworks Visual Art Center, an accredited museum. The exhibition featured VAE members' work depicting their relationship with time and place.

ABOUT
VAE's Community Exhibition Program offers VAE members the chance to have solo or group exhibitions in alternative venues around Downtown Raleigh. These exhibits are seen by thousands of people each year! VAE works with five venues across Downtown Raleigh to give artists opportunities to show bodies of work and receive a stipend. Each venue is unique and has its' own exhibition schedule.
