For the month of July 2016 VAE's Main Gallery sported artist's depictions of their daily commute! The Exchange Gallery became an interactive space that allowed public involvement, shaping an open and creative conversation about infrastructure and art.

Nora Hartlaub's sculptural and mixed media works filled The Cube and commented on North Carolina's current political landscape.

525,600 MINS was a colloboration with Waterworks Visual Art Center, an accredited museum. The exhibition featured VAE members' work depicting their relationship with time and place.
