THE EVERYDAY: EXHIBITS

There are six art exhibitions associated with THE EVERYDAY. VAE’s main gallery will host the largest of these: an international juried showcase curated by Sam West, head curator at Attenborough Arts Centre in Leicester, England. The project's five other exhibits will happen at venues around the Triangle, including the National Humanities Center, which will host an exhibition exploring North Carolina through the lens of disability, juried by Ann M. Fox, professor at Davidson College and Linda Dougherty, Cheif Curator and Curator of Contemporary Art at NCMA. The United Arts Council of Wake County will host three exhibits in their Raleigh headquarters, and Transfer Co. will host work by NC artist Shelby Scattergood.
