I am deeply in love with abstract art. I am also a recovering perfectionist and have found that watercolor painting helps me let go and go with the flow. Painting abstracts affords me a range of expression from subtly suggesting a subject to going wild with pure abstraction. Nothing makes me happier than creating something unique that doesn't exist until I hover over a piece of paper. I have gravitated towards subtle still lifes, florals and pure abstracts as subjects. I need to create beauty in order to feel complete.
