Vanguard Social

As a collective, Vanguard Social is dedicated to building community through equitable and transformative practices, while also combating systems of oppression through creative means; this includes the curation of collective art-based events such as workshops, pop-up exhibitions, art fairs, and other collaborative projects.

As an initiative, Vanguard Social most notably centers the narratives and practices of creatives who exist outside of spaces heavily influenced by the framework of white supremacy culture. This includes but is not limited to queer, trans, Black, Brown and Indigenous communities, as well as those who identify within various intersections of historically marginalized (neurodivergence, living with disability, etc.) identities.
