First Friday at VAE


Don't miss the opening of VAE's THE GARDEN VARIETY exhibition apart of THE EVERYDAY Project. 

THE GARDEN VARIETY is an international group show of artists with disabilities. This show focuses on the main curatorial scope of highlighting universal experiences, told from the disability perspective, presented in an audacious way.

VAE's space is a fully accessible one level space, that includes three galleries and two gender-neutral restrooms located in the back hall off of the main gallery on the left. 

VAE is is the heart of Raleigh's Warehouse District which offers ample on-street parking and number of parking decks within a few blocks of VAE. The closest deck is the Dillon Public Parking Deck. Entrances are located on both Harrington St. and West St. Parking floors have accessible parking spots near the elevator bay. Entrance to the elevator bay does not have automatic doors. The entrance and exit to the elevators are located at the corner of Martin St. and West St. facing the new Union Station Pavilion and do not have automatic doors
