The 13th Documentary Screening and Discussion

 Join CJJ for a screening of this award winning documentary by Ava DuVernay. Rolanda Byrd, a leader in community policing and accountability, whose son Akiel Denkins was killed by the Raleigh Police Department in 2016, will join us afterward for a discussion about the issues raised in the film. 


This screening has free admission, so feel free to invite other folks, whether they've been to a CJJ event or not.
